By Editor

The immediate ex Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Nigerian Police Force, Jimoh Moshood has been reportedly transferred to Benue State to serve after he once referred to the governor of the state as “A drowning man”

His transfer to Benue state is coming on the heels As well as part of series of changes and actions taken by the new  Police boss, IGP Mohammed Adamu, who is expected to bring a desired turnaround to the police force, with the latest as his directive to the disbanding of the Federal Special Anti Robbery Squad(FSARS)

It will be recalled that Moshood had called Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State “a drowning man” during the heat of  the anti open grazing law and herdsmen attacks in the state, which sparked  rounds of reaction from the entire country and even saw the House of Representatives calling for sack of Moshood  as Force PPRO on February 7, 2018
